Fast shutter or high iso and on your focus mode switch to AI servo or ai focus. You need it to freeze the subject. One Shot is something you want to use when you're taking still photo.Ai Focus is when you're taking photo of bird, sports etc., meaning moving subject.Ai Servo is something between. When subject is not moving, it becoming one shot and when it detects moving it becoming ai focus ;)

But what if you have subjects say Moving children What should I do to take a sharper picrure? Thanks for your help.

If you slow down your shutter speed, the shutter have not closed yet so you have to hold camera very still or use tripod.

Thats a really neat trick! but when I slow down the shutter speed everything tends to blur, Is there something Im doing wrong?
